Fundraising Made Easy & Fun!
Fundraising at Oak Orchard Bowl — Easy, Fun & Profitable
Looking for a fundraiser that people actually get excited about? Oak Orchard Bowl has helped local schools, sports teams, music departments, churches, charities, and community organizations raise serious money — without the hassle of traditional fundraisers.
Here's How It Works
We charge your group a discounted rate per lane, which includes bowling and shoe rental. You set the price per participant based on your fundraising goal, assign 5–6 bowlers per lane, and your organization keeps everything above the lane cost. Simple math, real results.
Why Bowling Beats Most Fundraisers
No upfront costs (a deposit may be required for larger prime-time events)
No door-to-door campaigning
No order forms or collection hassles
No perishable products to manage
No delivery logistics
No weather risk — rain or shine, we're open
Low Risk. High Return.
Because this is a service-based fundraiser — not a product sale — there's no leftover inventory, no cleanup crew needed, and no startup budget required. That makes it an ideal option for smaller organizations that don't have operating funds to float upfront costs.
When your event ends, everyone goes home happy — and your group walks away with a check.
